Where are you located?
We are located at 1000 Raintree Road, Mankato, MN 56001.
Do you allow pets?
River Hills Hotel is a pet-friendly establishment! Fees apply as follows:
- Nightly stays - $25 (less than 25 pounds) - $40 (more than 25 pounds)
- Weekly stay - $50
- Monthly stays - $75
What time is check-in? May I check-in early?
Check-in time is at 3:00 pm. The earliest we allow for early check-ins is 2:30 pm. Please call our number if needing to check-in earlier. Fees may apply.
What time is check-out? May I check-out late?
Check-out time is at 11:00 am. Late check-outs are subject to availability, see the front desk on the day of check-out for more information. Group blocks are not allowed to check-out late.
Do you have a pool?
We no longer have a pool on our property as of March 2020.
What is the cancellation policy?
The cancellation policy is 24 hours before your scheduled check-in time. Reservations must be canceled by 3:00 pm the day before your arrival to avoid possible fees.
Is there breakfast provided?
Yes, we offer an express breakfast of pastries. Breakfast is served daily from 6:00 - 10:00 am.
Do you have a gathering space?
Yes, we have a private Board Room that can hold 15 people comfortably. Please contact the front desk for rates and availability.
Guests are also allowed to use our lobby and beautiful patio free of charge. The lobby and patio are unavailable to rent and are accessible for all guests.
Do you have a restaurant/bar?
We do not, but being in the heart of Mankato, there are several restaurants and bars within a 5 mile radius. Ask our staff for local recommendations!
How is parking handled?
Parking is free for all guests. We ask that you are respectful to all guests and use only one parking space per vehicle. River Hills Hotel will NOT be liable for any vehicles towed that were not disclosed to the front desk at check-in.
Do you have an elevator? Handicap accessible rooms?
Yes! Our elevator reaches all 3 floors of the hotel. We have several handicap accessible room types. Contact the front desk for more information.
Do you have smoking rooms?
We do not. In compliance with the "Minnesota Clean Indoor Air Act (MCIAA)" smoking is prohibited in all areas of the hotel. There will be a cleaning fee attached to your bill if evidence of smoking is found in your room. There are designated smoking areas outside the hotel, please use them accordingly.
